Port Washington, NY, October 14, 2021 — The NPD Group today announced that Dealerscope has named Lisa Akers, vice president, consumer technology, to its 2021 Powerful Women in Consumer Tech list and named Ashley McCann, director and audio analyst, among its 2021 Women on the Rise. The annual awards program is designed to acknowledge the contributions of the honorees to the progression and betterment of the CT business and to celebrate those who stand out for their achievements, exceptional leadership, and promotion of innovation. She leads a bright and ambitious team, who champion their client’s success and contributions to innovations that bring enjoyment and efficiencies to many consumers’ lives.
As director and audio analyst, McCann leverages data driven insights combined with her industry knowledge to guide short- and long-term strategy development for leading brands and retailers in the CE industry. She is a thought leader in the audio space and the information she shares is leveraged by clients to guide decisions on product development, launch and promotional pricing, consumer targeting, and more.
