What attracted you to NPD?
NPD is well known for being an innovative leader and a trusted authority, partnering with the world’s most successful brands across industries to deliver winning solutions. I knew that I wanted to look at data differently, and seeing NPD’s vision, I said “That’s where I want to work”.
What is your background?
For ten years I worked in the Web Analytics field, helping to drive Marketing decisions with a combination of customer engagement analytics, ecommerce analytics, and market research data.
How are you applying your previous work experience at NPD?
My thought here is to draw from great experiences I’ve had in the past with my data providers to envision what I want my interactions with my clients to be.
What is the most interesting/gratifying experience you have had, so far, at NPD?
It is refreshing and gratifying to see a company that takes pride in team building and retaining talent.
How are you helping clients make better business decisions?
My best bet for a successful partnership with my clients is working closely with them to field inquiries and research items on Home data sets. I am an extension and representative of the Operations team to clients and a champion of clients’ needs among internal teams.
