This is a ten week program designed to give participants an opportunity to broaden their knowledge and develop a solid foundation in the field of market research through a variety of disciplines: consumer research, custom research, quantitative analysis, strategy and broader market insights. The program consists of one week of classroom training followed by placement in a specific business unit, where you will learn the day-to-day responsibilities and activities of that department. The program features senior management speakers, networking events, a performance evaluation, a mentorship program and a business project.
On The Job
You will quickly become an integral member of the team, contributing to real world business challenges with your own day-to-day responsibilities. Regardless of where you are placed, you will have the opportunity to work with internal and external clients.
Your training experience will begin with a one day orientation focused on getting you acquainted to the company and our business. The remainder of your first week will focus on developing the essential knowledge and skills needed for a successful summer. The curriculum includes basic product knowledge, business specific overviews, technical and professional skills training and career development.
