Leen Nsouli is the industry analyst for The NPD Group’s Office Supplies and Home Improvement divisions. Since joining NPD in 2013, Leen has been focused on providing manufacturer and retail clients with sales and marketing insights, and category management solutions utilizing NPD’s portfolio of data assets. Driven by client collaboration and the ability to translate information into accelerated growth in a brand’s strategic areas of operation, Leen also has a passion for understanding key macro and economic indicators that drive consumer behavior and retail marketplace trends.
Combined with her appetite for information and uncovering emerging trends, Leen’s diverse background gives her a unique perspective on marketplace drivers. Prior to her current role, Leen was NPD’s office supplies industry analyst, and spent time working closely with NPD’s retail partners spanning both ecommerce and brick and mortar channels across all general merchandise categories tracked by NPD. Before joining NPD, she held several sales and consultative marketing roles.
Leen has an MBA in Marketing from Syracuse University, where she also triple majored in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises during her baccalaureate.
