When you become an NPD retail partner, we take great care to protect your company’s confidentiality — because all retailer data is aggregated prior to release, POS information specific to your company is never revealed to manufacturers or other retailers.
By participating with NPD, you can expect monthly reports for all categories for which your store submits data and that are covered by our service. Each report contains data on trends, brand shares, and best-selling models and expert insights on the state of the industry.
As a retail partner, you agree to provide:
- Sales and inventory reports delivered by the 5th of every month via email, ftp upload, or automated data feed
- Data including all categories you sell and we track (see data requirements or POS instructions)
