Paris, February 19, 2018 – The NPD Group, a global provider of information and advisory services, today announced Muriel Lecomte will join the company as SVP, effective March 6. She will be responsible for leading Operations Client Service, New Initiatives & Development, Product Development & Management, and Research Science in Europe. She will be based in Paris and will report to Gerhard Hausruckinger, Group President for Europe and APAC.
Muriel Lecomte has more than 25 years of industry experience. Most recently, she was Chief Operating Officer for the Insight Division of Kantar, where she led the successful restructure of the Operations team and planning and implementation of digital research strategies including mobile, social and search. Prior to that, she was SVP, Global Business Development at BVA . Before that, she held a series of leadership positions at Nielsen.
