Port Washington, NY, September 10, 2018 – The NPD Group, a global information company, has named Kimberly Magnus president for the firm’s U.S. Toys business. In her new role, Magnus will be responsible for overseeing NPD’s extensive portfolio of U.S. toys products and services.
Magnus has diverse experience spanning the toy and beverage industries. She began her career in the toy industry, having spent nine years at Mattel, where she held various sales and customer marketing roles, and managed insights, promotions, and planning. Most recently, Magnus served as Regional Vice President for Pabst Brewing Company, where she was responsible for leading the Central Division field sales team and driving relationships with distributor partners across seven states. Prior to that, she managed the national Sam’s Club account for Heineken USA.
